About Coach Mandinho
Coach Mandinho (Armando Tarlazis Vieira Dos Santos) is an internationally experienced UEFA A-licensed football coach and former professional player with a career spanning Brazil, Denmark, Estonia, Malta, and Lithuania. As a player, he represented clubs including SE Palmeiras B, Brøndby B IF, and Sliema Wanderers, winning the Maltese Cup with Sliema Wanderers. Since transitioning into coaching, he has served as Assistant Coach of FK Banga's first team and Head Coach of the second team, contributing to the club's Lithuanian Cup victory in 2024. He also guided the Lithuanian Socca National Team to the World Cup quarter-finals in 2019. Through Coach Mandinho work, he delivers elite football development programs for clubs, academies, and federations, combining Brazilian creativity with European tactical discipline to develop players and coaches with technical excellence, tactical intelligence, and a clear football identity.
